PHP Dublin's 3rd meetup will feature Michelangelo van Dam, well known PHP contributor, speaker and president of PHPBenelux User Group.
Michelangelo's visit to Dublin will see him running a hands on workshop for the duration of the meetup, topics will include:
- PHP Lint for automated syntax checking
- PHPDocumentor for automated documentation
- PHPUnit for unit testing
- PDepend for analysing your code health
- PHPMD for detecting messy code
- PHPCS for safeguarding coding standards
- PHPCPD for detecting code duplication and similar code snippets
- Phing to get things automated so everyone is executing all tools the same way
- Jenkins-CI for continuous integration
