Build Better Cross-platform Apps with Titanium
Titanium is a development environment for creating native, hybrid and HTML5 apps for iOS, Android, Windows and Blackberry. It's SDK is Open Source, and if you can afford it, there are mobile Cloud services, a marketplace and spiffy MVC framework, if you are into those.
The lab starts at 6.15pm and runs till 8.00pm

In this fifth Xcake:labs lab, Simon Rand will bring you through the creation of a Titanium app for iOS or for Android, whichever takes your fancy. There is some setup preparation required if you want to code along, see the Xcake:labs website for details. Of course, it's cool to just take it all in, ask questions, take notes and do it all in the privacy of your own home later.
